How to request deletion of your Waffl data
Send the minimum information needed to locate the relevant account or interaction. Waffl will verify the request, review the systems involved, and explain any records that cannot be deleted immediately.

1. Choose the data you want reviewed
A request may concern marketing-site communications, a Discovery Call booking, a WafflOS account or workspace, or records from a Waffl service engagement. Identify the property and the email address or account name associated with it.
If the information belongs only to an independently controlled third-party account, Waffl may direct you to that provider’s deletion process.
2. Send the request
Email zjones@gowaffl.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include your name, the email or account identifier used with Waffl, the Waffl property involved, and a short description of what you want deleted.
Do not include a password, authentication code, payment-card number, government identifier, private key, or a copy of sensitive customer content.
3. Verify authority
Waffl may reply to the email associated with the account, ask you to sign in, or request other limited information needed to confirm identity or authority. Waffl will not complete a request when it cannot reasonably verify the requester.
4. Review and process
After verification, Waffl reviews the systems reasonably connected to the request and takes the available deletion or de-identification steps. The time required depends on the systems, request scope, backups, providers, and applicable obligations.
Waffl may retain limited information needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of an agreement. Backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle replaces them, subject to applicable requirements.
5. Connected tools and processors
Deleting Waffl-held data does not automatically delete records held independently by Calendly, an email provider, a payment provider, or a business tool connected by the account holder. Waffl will identify a separate provider path when it is relevant and reasonably known.
6. Completion and questions
Waffl will use the verified contact channel to confirm completion, explain a limitation, or request the information still needed to process the request. Reply to the same thread if the response does not address the property or account you identified.
The Privacy Policy explains the broader collection, use, sharing, retention, and rights context.
