AI and Automation
Turn one repetitive or fragmented process into a working system with visible controls, clear fallback, and a human owner.
Useful automation is more than a prompt. It connects a clear trigger to the right inputs, a bounded decision, a review point, an output, and a fallback when the path fails.
Inside WafflOS
The service layer is connected to the same WafflOS workspace used to create, review, and continue the work.

The best first workflow has a clear trigger, dependable inputs, known exceptions, and an owner who can review it.
Coordinate briefs, drafts, review, scheduling, and publication handoffs without removing editorial approval.
Structure research, qualification inputs, routing, follow-up preparation, and pipeline updates around human decisions.
Gather approved sources, transform repeatable inputs, prepare a reviewable summary, and preserve the source trail.
Organize onboarding, request triage, recurring check-ins, and escalation without automating sensitive judgment.
Access, testing, review, failure, and ownership are defined before a workflow becomes part of routine operations.
Authorize only the accounts and actions required for the agreed workflow.
Use fictional, test, or safely bounded inputs before relying on a workflow for live operations.
Keep approvals visible when context, brand, money, customers, or regulated decisions are involved.
Document what ran, what failed, who reviews it, and how the work continues when automation stops.
Name the trigger, inputs, decisions, current handoffs, output, and person responsible.
Choose the systems, permissions, exclusions, test conditions, and fixed deliverable.
Configure the workflow in approved systems and verify the expected path plus material failure cases.
Record how to operate, review, pause, change, and own the workflow after delivery.

Common questions
No. The project centers on a working business workflow, its controls, documentation, and ownership. A prompt may be one component, but it is not the whole system.
Tool fit is confirmed while defining the project. WafflOS includes an integrations catalog, but every requested action still depends on the tool, permissions, data, and workflow.
The proposal identifies the approved systems, access, data categories, and responsibilities for the workflow. Keep secrets and sensitive customer data out of the booking form.
Ownership and post-handoff support are defined in the scope. Ongoing support can be quoted separately after the build.
