4. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Certain Services require paid subscriptions. Fees are billed according to the plan you select.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.
• We may change pricing with advance notice. Continued use of the Services after pricing changes constitutes agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• Waffl retains all rights, title, and interest in its Services, software, trademarks, and content.
• You retain ownership of your data and content submitted through the Services.
• By submitting content, you grant Waffl a limited license to process, store, and use it solely for providing the Services.

6. AI and Automation Outputs

Our Services may generate automated or AI-driven outputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate or complete.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
• Waffl is not liable for any consequences of using automated outputs in your business.

7. Confidentiality & Data

• We will not access or disclose your confidential business data except to provide Services or as required by law.
• You agree not to misuse any confidential information about Waffl or other users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@gowaffl.com.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waffl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waffl from claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ohio, unless prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
